TRACK OF THE WEEK

Welcome to track of the week, this is a place where tracks are posted on a weekly basis that I find to have a something great in them all to do with Drummers, Grooves or styles. 

This weeks track comes from an album called possibilities by Herbie Hancock. It features John Mayer on guitar and vocals but as is often the case John brings along the master groover Steve Jordan. Proof that sometimes less is more.

This weeks track is a nirvana cover by Ulysses Owen Jr and his band. Some of you will have seen this on Drumeo’s content. This is a great example of taking a song and changing the style to make it into Jazz. Amazing musicianship all round with a great drum solo too. Enjoy.
