Happy New Year everyone

sorry it’s been a while again since my last entry, busy as ever

so whats been happening:

The Studio is crazy as ever i now dont have much space for students to study with me, we still have a little space for other instruments and with other tutors, so if you want to book anything get in quick.

Been busy with gigs and Deps, evolver and SR are doing well with  several gigs since my last update.

I also had a call from a London based band called Lost Transmission, i was asked at 48 hours to cover some local dates with them, i had a blast with this band and hopefully we will get to play together again this year.

I know have a European Artist endorsement from Mapex so massive thanks to Martin at Mapex for his support.

My new Friend and general top Bloke Steve White has been in the studio a couple of times recently doing some teaching and general muso stuff.

I am spending the last weekend in Jan with Craig Blundell, he is in doing some stuff with my students this should be great

WOW its been a while.

Sorry for the delay in updating this, things are manic at the moment, the last bit of downtime i had was in May.

Since my last update, the band evolver is growing we have an awesome new singer named Laura and we are getting all the new promo stuff ready. The studio is growing daily and we have had a to build a 3rd teaching room in Halifax to cope with the demand.

I have been doing lots of recording for people using the new TD9, this had turned out great, we also have Steve White oming into the studio to do some teaching on the 7th and 8th November, really looking forward to this.

Last week i have a skype call with my Friend and Mentor Dom Famularo he was as large as life as ever but offered some great advice as always.

I am also working on a book and Podcats that should see the light of the day over the coming months.

Been a busy week sorting out a new singer and setlist for Evolver and getting the demo and promo stuff out for Dog the Cat, this is an amazing electro funk/fusion band. I am very excited about getting out and doing some gigs with this band.

Teaching wise it’s as crazy as ever, the vocal side of the business has gone crazy.

Sorry it has been so long since my last update, a lot has happened.

The clinic with Russ was great, we had a blast and got a lot of great comments, i have been away on Holiday with the family which was great.

On a not so great note, we had the studio robbed of almost £10,000 worth of equipment, we are almost back to full speed now.

We have waiting lists in the studio now for new pupils as we are so busy.

WOW .. what can i say, busy busy busy, i am in the middle of 25 days straight work with no days off, i have been doing a lot of work for upcoming clinic and working out the set with the band as we are using a live band for this one, i have been all over the country with the bands that i play with as well as teaching and running RAW. RAW’s Bradford studio is now open and teaching so things are going well, we are in need of a singing teacher if anyone knows of anybody who may be interested.

Hi all,

Sorry it has been a while since my last update, things are crazy!!!!!!!!

We have taken delivery of the new Roland drums, this making a massive difference to teaching and recording, these drums are great.

RAW is set to open another studio to work along side our existing one in Halifax, the new one will be in Bradford, West Yorkshire and should be ready early April.

I have also been really busy with doing some videos for the new Roland website due to launch in April this year, i will post more information later about this.

I will try and do more regular updates from now on.

Hi All and Happy New Year

Sorry it has been a while since i updated thew site things have been crazy, between teaching, the general running of RAW Studios, gigging and getting 2 new bands of the ground i don’t seem to have any time to do any updates.

Anyway, the new band evolver is now taking bookings – www.evolvermusic.co.uk, i am very happy about this band myself and my friend Piano and tech genius Mark Ward have put together a band full of great musicians who are a pleasure to work with.

RAW continues to Grow with more students and more tutors, we are fast becoming one of the UK’s best Private Music Schools

Hi All

Things have been crazy over the last few weeks, i have just done 7 gigs in 10 days as well as the regular teaching and working on the mentoring scheme.
I am running a master class next week for a marching band to help them try and get some new members into the Drum Line.
The Studio now has 8 tutors so things are growing a lot.

Hello again, we are now back in full swing with lessons and gigs after the summer break so things are a little mad, i am adding an addition 2 tutors to the business to cope with the demand that will make 8 of us all in all.
Gigs are stacking up well with about 12 in the next 6 weeks all over the north

Hi all, I am very busy at the moment developing and trialing the new mentoring scheme, this is taking up a lot of time but will be worth it in the end. For those of you who check the site you will notice that it has changed a lot, the idea for the change was so I can keep it more up to date for the all the returning visitors.

I have had a lot of gigs over the last couple of months with Mirage, a Harrogate based band, this month is a bit easier and I am looking forward to a family holiday.

I still have loads of private students coming for lessons and now have guys travelling from the north and the midlands for lessons.
